The Douglas County Health Department (DCHD) STD Prevention and Control Program has more than 12 STD outreach testing sites, located conveniently in libraries and community centers throughout the area, as well as Metro Community College locations. These testing sites offer free “Express Testing” for gonorrhea and chlamydia. “Express testing” requires an individual to complete a simple form and provide a urine sample. The DCHD will contact positive individuals within 5-7 days of testing and provide them with follow-up information.

A schedule of locations and times for outreach testing, in addition to local events where testing services will be offered, can be found here. This calendar will be updated each month or as new events and testing sites become available.
