Douglas County Health Department Vital Statistics Moving

           

            The Vital Statistics Section of the Douglas County Health Department will close for two business days, Jan. 21 and Jan. 24 as the staff moves to a new location on the Harney Street level of the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center.

 

            The Vital Statistics office will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 25 at the west end of the Harney Street level, just beyond the elevators in Room H01. 

 

            Hours of operation will remain 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

            The office provides services related to birth and death records to the people in Douglas County, including issuing certified copies.
