Immunization Information System
Nebraska State Immunization Information System (NESIIS)
NESIIS is a secure, statewide,web-based system that has been developed to connect and share immunization information among public health clinics, private provider offices, local health departments, schools, hospitals, and other health care facilities that administer immunizations. NESIIS enhances the ability of our community to assure age appropriate immunization levels and reduce the risk of vaccine-preventable diseases.

Public Access
NESIIS has been made available to the public for your convenience. You will no longer have to wait to contact your doctor's office during business hours to obtain a copy of your immunization records or those of your children and other family members. NESIIS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a great tool to monitor immunizations and it is easily accessible.
In order to access NESIIS records, you must be able to provide the following information: first and last name, date of birth and social security number of the person you are looking up. The system looks for a record that matches all the data you have entered. It will display a list of immunization the person has received for you to view and print off. The system will also list the vaccines that the person currently needs as of the date of viewing.
