There is a charge per child each year unless you receive TANF or Kids
Connection and do not have your own dental insurance.
Your insurance
company does not receive a bill for services you receive.
There is an additional charge for treating a toothache that was not
related to your original treatment plan.

Services are at
no charge.
A health history
needs to accompany the patient to the dental clinic.

Your initial visit is for an exam and X-rays only.
*Operative Dentistry is having a tooth filled, crowned or pulled.
**Preventive Dentistry includes brushing instructions, fluoride treatments
and sealants.
